Features

• 1. replace all tabs with spaces(replace each tab to 4 spaces)
• 2. remove spaces at head of each line
• 3. remove spaces at tail of each line
• 4. remove redundant null lines, only reserve one
• 5. move curly left bracket at line tail to next line
• 6. add unified file header and file tail
• 7. move all include statements together at file beginning, with <> together and "" together
• 8. sort include statements alphabeticly
