Get an email when there's a new version of Wifi Tether

this small package enable the android wifi portable hotspot working with openvpn.
Some service provider, saying speakout from Canada limited the ports only to 80 or 443 web browser. Peoples run Openvpn. The Android built-in wifi portable hotspot does not work with openvpn due to routing issue.
This package fixes the routing issue.
Please note that the android devices needs root access.
Tested on Galaxy Nexus, Andriod 4.2.1, 4.2.2.
