    Pros: I used this product for several years and it worked well removing the items that needed to be eliminated.

    Cons: Now each month after renewal I have to email them as they do not recognize my renewal. Then I receive a new license over and over.

    Overall: Since I have complained about support, they have decided to stonewall me and not return my emails and not send me a new license.
    They are always very sorry but still a problem.
