"It's ok, but not the most user friendly"

    Posted 2022-06-05

Pros: Dentrix is a workhorse. It's a solid software that does everything you could need it to do. Easy enough for most users to get a hang of basic use.

Cons: Many features and strengths are multiple layers deep, and unless you're getting trained by a pro, you'll never be able to use it to it's full potential. Not as customizable as I'd like and I wish more things were visible all in one space.

Overall: Dentrix is good, but not great. It beats eaglesoft hands down, but seeing the ease of use and customizability of Open dental has made dentrix less appealing. It doesn't feel as updated as it could. Kind of feels like you're still using a product that is 10+years old.

    "Dental Appointments Made Easy"

    Posted 2021-08-17

Pros: I love that every thing is all in one place. One product to schedule appointments, accounts receivable, patient chart and document center.

Cons: I do not like how every section opens its own window.

Overall: This product is a little difficult to use at first but once you get the hang of it, it gets easier.
