    Pros: None that I know of, I cannot use the software because they will not provide the unlock key. Find another source.

    Cons: POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE; I purchased the Pro version of email merge, they did not send me the unlock code, I have called and emailed several times. There is nobody there. They have not responded, but they were able to get my money.
