Pros: Really impressed with how easy Heyoo is to use. The post suggestions feel personal, not like something created and then copied from marketing. Everyone gets their own version. That helps a lot with authenticity.
It fits right into our workflow. We get posts via Slack, which means people actually see them. And the reminders don’t feel annoying.
From a marketing side, it saves time. We don’t have to follow up with every person. And the reporting shows us what’s working.
It also made leadership take advocacy more seriously. The leaderboard got people competitive in a fun way.Cons: Would love a few more options to adjust the dashboards.
