    "Fantastic review tool"

    Pros: Very easy to use and their support team is responsive and helpful when setting up the platform or any related feeds. There also is a really cool feature to combine reviews on similar products and incorporate in Google Reviews.

    Cons: Their interface is generally good but could be a bit easier to use, but once you get the hang of the nuances it is fine. It would also be helpful if they better delineated the difference between archiving or hiding reviews (there are subtle differences).

    Overall: Overall a great platform, easy to use and helpful support team. Combining reviews is helpful for social proof and when importing into Google Reviews.
