Lapentor

Pros: Easy to use and set up and created a tour for an exhibition I was hosting. I downloaded the project to reuse. I found the website easy to use and paid $10 for the project, and because this was easy to use I subscribed for the monthly data package.

Cons: Subscribed for analytics and cannot cancel, modify or change the payment method or subscription. The profile I have appears blank but they continue to take $25.00 a month. they ignore all emails and live chat requests. I have reported them to stripe and my bank.

Overall: I would not recommend to friends or family as this company is a scam and acts in ways with subscriptions which are illegal and fraudulent.

Pros: Love the fact that Lapentor allows you to make up to 3 projects for free before actually having to pay for it. Also like the relatively fast server speeds.

Cons: Sometimes the point to point transition can be a little buggy especially on mobile devices if using the Chevron extension/add-on

Overall: Great experience, just bought a 1 month plan and planing to use it for our companies website as well.

Pros: I like the customization provided in the powerups. it helps create better navigation using the Menu, floorplan, popup, scenes, and others.

Cons: Sometimes it would be laggy. Not sure if it is caused by the internet connection.

Overall: Very good experience.
I always recommend to my students to use it as their project or try to commercialize it as they had student company.

Pros: In general, I love the software. It's my fav 360 panorama project platform.
A few days ago, I had to move one of my projects to the client. There was no official way to do that by myself. I wrote to support and they moved it to a newly created client account. Now he can administrate it by yourself. This is a super cool solution. Maybe one day this might be a feature in the software.

Cons: The support is very helpful but in stressful situations, the response is not so fast. The communication is via facebook. Sometimes I had no idea if my message was red.

Overall: Overall the software is great. Fast and intuitive. I highly recommend it.
