Kinetisense
Kinetisense is an advanced, clinician-led 3D motion capture and movement analysis software that uses markerless, AI-driven computer vision to capture real-time biomechanics data without wearables, delivering precise assessments of posture, balance, range of motion, and functional movement for rehabilitation, performance, and wellness applications. It runs on iPad Pro and desktop, offering over 40 unique modules for clinicians to speed up assessments, customize evaluation workflows, and generate objective movement insights that help identify dysfunctions, asymmetries, and compensations efficiently. Kinetisense’s AI technology not only tracks motion and produces detailed reports but also automatically recommends personalized corrective exercises and creates visual feedback that improves patient engagement, enhances understanding of progress, and supports data-driven care decisions. It provides tools for clinicians, athletic trainers, therapists, and workplace wellness providers.

Mocap Fusion
Mocap Fusion [VR] is an immersive roomscale mocap sandbox for artists and animators who wish to create and export motion capture animations, or create live content, using conventional VR hardware. With as little as a single VR HMD and two controllers users may create mocap on their own avatars. Advanced users may create more detailed motion capture including full body tracking and can be combined with other sensors (eg. Apple IPhone Truedepth sensor and Oculus Quest 2 optical finger tracking) to connect avatars to simultaneous inputs. This fusion of multiple sensor inputs can combine many layers of motion capture in a single take; including: full body tracking, face capture, lipsync, gaze tracking, optical finger tracking. The experience varies depending on the user's PC and the tracking hardware used. The recommended SteamVR headsets are the Valve Index or the HTC Vive. A Quest HMD may also produce reasonable results.

FreeMoCap
The Free Motion Capture Project (FreeMoCap) aims to provide research-grade markerless motion capture software to everyone for free. We're building a user-friendly framework that connects an array of `bleeding edge` open-source tools from the computer vision and machine learning communities to accurately record full-body 3D movement of humans, animals, robots, and other objects. We want to make the newly emerging mind-boggling, future-shaping technologies that drive FreeMoCap's core functionality accessible to communities of people who stand to benefit from them. We follow a “Universal Design” development philosophy, with the goal of creating a system that serves the needs of a professional research scientist while remaining intuitive to a 13-year-old with no technical training and no outside assistance.

Xsens
Xsens delivers proven motion capture and analysis systems for a large variety of users. Read more about motion capture on this page. Xsens motion analysis technology is available in full-body 3D kinematics solutions & 3D motion trackers to integrate in your real-time applications. Motion Capture (also referred to as mo-cap or mocap) is the process of digitally record the movement of people. It is used in entertainment, sports, medical applications, ergonomics and robotics. In film-making and game development, it refers to recording actions of actors for animations or visual effects. A famous example of a movie with lots of motion capture technology is Avatar. When it includes full body, face and fingers or captures subtle expressions, it is also referred to as performance capture. Motion capture with Xsens can be done in two hardware versions, the MVN Link suit and the MVN Awinda straps, both with their own characteristics.
