    Pros: I paid, I downloaded and installed app correctly today.
    I added Ninja Download Manager chrome extension as directed.
    All my downloads are only hms files. Why? No response from NDA management team.
    I've wasted my money for an app that does not work and a lack of managerial assistance to assist me in the matter after numerous emails.
    I do not advise to purchase this app.

    Cons: Nothing - refer to the above section.

    Overall: Terrible. None of the instructions on the internet worked for me - only downloads hms files.
