Pros: I did like the many times Geert the owner of Optymasys spent on videocalls before we said yes to buy the software and website. Also the listing of a new property is not so hard.
Cons: We are dissatisfied with the software and website purchased from Optymasys because they do not meet our expectations. They are not user-friendly and suffer from numerous technical issues that disrupt our operations. Additionally, Optymasys provides inadequate customer service, ignoring our messages on WhatsApp, and the owner does not respond to calls, making it impossible to communicate with our team of developers who were supposed to integrate a different website. They have made many promises but failed to deliver. Further inquiries with other customers have confirmed that choosing to work with this company was a mistake. It’s nothing personal, but from a business perspective, it’s a complete mismatch.
Overall: Our overall feeling is one of deep frustration and disappointment. We’ve invested hundreds of hours addressing issues that Optymasys should have foreseen and managed. The dedicated person who initially assisted us has left the company, and now our interactions are mostly with inexperienced trainees or students. These interactions are often abruptly taken over by the owner, who impatiently and unprofessionally demands additional payments.

For a website that cost more than $10,000, we expected a much higher level of service and certainly robust security measures. Instead, we face daily spam attacks, and the company’s first solution was to suggest purchasing additional anti-spam software. This response is unacceptable for a brand-new website, highlighting a severe lack of responsibility and customer care from Optymasys.
