Pros: Easy to deploy in multiple schools in our district. Customer support is very good. They have some very nice templates to make your signs look professional.

Cons: Scheduling program is a little tricky to figure out.

Overall: Very good. Customer support is excellent. We used these throughout all of our school and being able to manage them from my office is great.

Pros: The ease with which we can remotely update the screens from any mobile device. We also love the Google Slides integration.

Cons: I have a hard time on the website figuring out anything except the graphics.

Overall: This has ultimately been a solution for us! We were having to update our hallway screens (elementary school) in a tedious way but rise vision has made it much more streamlined.

Pros: Rise Vision is a very user friendly platform to help display information within our school. Their website is set up in a way that makes it easy to modify announcement presentations or upload your own. It is engaging for our students, staff and community members.

Cons: They have a wide variety of present designs you can use for announcements, but sometimes I still have to individualize and create my own presentations to fit my schools needs.

Overall: We needed a better way to provide announcements for upcoming events, achievements and school information. This has provided an engaging way for students, staff, and community members to learn information.

Pros: Rise Vision is easy to use from set up to creating presentations.
I really like all of the templates that are available to create presentations.

Cons: I wish there was a template with a title and a couple of picture frames that can be used. I couldn't find something like this.

Overall: Rise Vision enables us to showcase all of the great things happening at our Elementary School including upcoming events, student recognition, local weather, social and emotional monthly focus skill, our school's Guidelines for Success, pictures of staff and students, and more. This really makes our front lobby inviting and informative with this information on three displays for all students, staff, and guests to see.

Pros: Rise is easy to update and publish across multiple locations. From my single workstation i can update seasonally with timed broadcasts or manually add/delete information.

Cons: I'm sure there are some features that we've overlooked.

Overall: Worth the investment for a cleaner office look and the convenience. I love the pre-built collection of filler items that we can add with just a click of a button.

Pros: I liked that it was user friendly and easy to teach other colleagues. It was simple to implement and to adapt from our previous slideshow format.

Cons: Sometimes I was slightly unclear if my slides were being saved but this was easily solved.

Overall: Overall it's a great site to display various slides and information and easy to connect around the school

Pros: I am an Activity Director in a Long Term Care Facility. I love that I can share upcoming information with all of my Residents, the staff taking care of them, and their families. I have several repeating/ auto updating slides such as the joke of the day, and this day in history. I upload our monthly calendar, monthly birthdays, special events monthly and love that
I can set the dates that it will play through.And don't have to worry about going in. And deleting it at the end of every month. The customer support has been fantastic anytime.I needed help with anything, the only time I had issues.It was my fault because I hit a wrong button!

Cons: The only thing I can think of that would make this program better would be if I could update it from my house. There's been situations where maybe there is a change in our calendar and if I was at the facility, I would have updated it to the screen.So everybody can see it, but if I have the day off or i'm just away from the office, it can't be done. I would like to be able to have another screen as well. Someday so for now, I will stick with one!

Cons: Organizing and clearing old files can be difficult because there is no indication of which files are in use. If I could see if a file is linked to a schedule or not, that would help clean out old unused files.

Pros: Great templates. Many which are dynamic and I don't have to update myself. Easy to use . Love that they added the Canva feature.

Cons: Would like to be able to edit or move the features of some templates. Must recreate. Would also like the Canva feature to save to my Canva. Have to recreate if you want to edit.

Pros: Any updates we need to do in our announcements are instant. If information changes, we do not have to leave our media center to correct the issue, Just sign on to the site and it is changed in minutes.

Cons: I have not found one yet. Others may have but it is a tool that answered our needs at our middle school.

Overall: We are happy to have found something reasonably priced and user friendly. We needed something for 3 TVs to get information out to our students. Rise Vision had several packages we could choose from to be able to purchase with our budget.
