Pros: It is very easy to update content and customize it for each display, ensuring our content is always fresh and accurate for the intended audience.

Cons: The back end android UI on the displays and Rise Vision boxes feels a bit unpolished.

Overall: Very happy with the product and the easy of use! Because the content is so easy to update, we've found ourselves consistently keeping our content fresh and relevant.

Pros: Rise Vision has excellent customer service. They are timely and thorough! They even create personalized instructional videos to help with issues you may be having.

Cons: I had used a different digital signage company before and I found it difficult at first to navigate Rise Vision.

Overall: Overall I would recommend this product. Once you get more familiar with it, it is easy to use and if you can't figure it out, customer service will help!

Pros: RiseVision is very easy to setup and manage. The premade content is high quality and allows me to create great looking presentations that I don't need to spend tons of time maintaining. I can also easily publish different presentations to different wings or buildings.

Cons: The price is a little high for the amount of students we have, however you get what you pay for, a I haven't found a competing product that matches its quality.

Overall: From start to finish the process of purchasing, installing, configuring, and maintaining the RiseVision system has been easy and intuitive.

Overall: Rise Vision has been a reliable and easy‑to‑use digital signage platform for internal communication. It’s simple for non‑technical users to manage, offers a solid library of templates, and makes it easy to keep information current across multiple displays. While customization can be somewhat limited compared to design‑heavy platforms, it excels at clear, consistent messaging and centralized control. Overall, it’s a dependable solution that does exactly what we need without unnecessary complexity.

Pros: I love how easy it is to navigate and set up. This is a great platform for sharing fun and informative announcements especially to those who do not read email announcements.

Cons: The compatibility restrictions of images are sometimes inconvenient.

Overall: Great! The set up was simple and the team have enjoyed the fun and informative announcements we've displayed so far.

Pros: Easy to use and eye catching. Everyone in the building is excited about this product. And its helpful to getting special announcements out to our students.

Cons: I haven't encountered anything I don't like, everything has been easy.

Overall: Rise Vision was very easy to learn how to use, has templates for just about every situation that I've needed, and fun to use

Pros: The pros of Rise Vision include the established templates, ease of importing outside images/video footage, and the ability to modify schedules and monitors.

Cons: There is very little not to like about Rise Vision. The only critique I could think of is the inability to stretch portrait images or videos into landscape mode in order to fill the monitor/screen presenting.

Overall: I use Rise Vision on a daily basis to promote special events, welcome guests into our school, and message out information to hundreds of individuals each day.

Overall: Rise Vision is a solid, user-friendly digital signage solution, especially for schools, but it may lack advanced customization and can get pricey depending on scale.

Pros: I really appreciate how Rise Vision simplified getting information onto our displays and put everything under one management system. It allows us to micromanage down to different departments, who can then control the displays in their area. Most of our employees have been able to easily take hold of the built-in templates and edit them. The integration with Canvas was especially beneficial for our school district. Overall, it’s been the ease of use that stands out to us, and the initial setup was quick and easy.

Cons: The back end portal could use a little bit of reconfiguration. Sometimes you get lost in some of the menus.

Overall: Using Rise has been fairly easy and the feedback has been great. We demoed 2 other platforms and chose Rise in the end for our digital signage solution. It was backed by numerous reviews and recommendations from fellow colleagues.

Pros: I love how fast I can get info out to those who need to know, and it's great not having to create and post paper flyers everywhere.

Cons: I'm not tech-savvy, so it took me a LONG time to learn!!

Overall: 10/10 recommend! As I said previously, it's very confusing and daunting at first, but once everything clicks, it's invaluable!

Pros: Easy to set up and support is phenomenal! Its been a pleasure since the very beginning. In todays environment, it is refreshing to find such a wonderful product backed by top tier support.

Overall: Since the very beginning I have been extremely pleased with the product as well as the support I have gotten when I have a question. They are always fast and super helpful and friendly.

Pros: I like having multiple screens, with the ability to run different message and programs on each of the screens.

Cons: It's a little clunky getting started, but easy enough to figure out.

Overall: I like using RiseVision. It's great for creating reminders for our staff and students. And there are fun and interactive messages that I can integrate to keep everyone engaged.

Pros: Easy get multiple styles of messages out to viewers. Great premade templates. Super easy to set up the continued play. We love that we can set up a whole year of birthdays and it automatically displays them as they are coming up.

Cons: Everything is wonderful once you get used to the program. It is a little difficult to manage some screens when needing to duplicate a template but then change the content within it. Once you figure that out, everything is a breeze!

Overall: Absolutely recommend this to any business, school, college, etc. This allows us to post daily information but can change over to an emergency system should anything happen.

Pros: I like that navigating through the product was easy to learn in a matter of minutes. Integrating products from other websites was easy.

Cons: So far there hasn't been any cons on my end. Everything has been running smoothly.

Overall: Overall it has been a great experience. It has been easy to maneuver the product and see great results.

Pros: Onboarding our staff was fairly easy o do. Anyone with experience with programs like Canva or social media marketing will find it quick to understand the overall program layout.

Cons: I wish there were more options to update the pre-made templates. We use the system in a library rather than a school so some of the templates don't work well for us since they are designed for classroom use.

Overall: I like using this program to help share information with our patrons while they are visiting our libraries.

Pros: Their support is very helpful with getting started; they are always kind, and the system is easy to set up by following the instructions (which you can find online).

Cons: Not supporting rtsp video streaming for local streaming.

Overall: Overall Rise Vision is a really good software to use, helpful support and has many templates for you to choose from.

Pros: The implementation team for Rise Vision was a great help when setting up the product. Templates allow for simple yet effective slides, saving time for more important tasks.

Cons: There is a slight learning curve when explaining the process to new users. The separation of Presentations and Schedules seem to cause the most confusion. If there was a way for them to be combined I could see that being beneficial.

Overall: I would highly recommend using Rise Vision for your business if you are in the need of a digital signage platform. Once you understand the platform it becomes very easy to use.

The only downside is that it could be a bit easier to create presentations, but aside from that, I’ve had a great experience and would definitely recommend it.

Pros: We use Rise Vision for displaying announcements and special events at our school, and I really like how easy it is to set up and manage slides. The pre-made templates are great because they help us create content quickly. It's very user-friendly in terms of displaying content in various ways, which makes it efficient to set up information for students on TVs in a fast and easy manner. I also appreciate the better support and the extensive features Rise Vision offers compared to what we used before. The initial setup was really easy for us, and the whole experience has been smooth.

Cons: We would like to have more permissions for users or a way to group users to only see select things. For example, we like a group of users to only see a couple of TVs and only see folders/presentations that only they have access to.
