Syncthing is a continuous file synchronization program. It synchronizes files between two or more computers in real time, safely protected from prying eyes.     Pros: Free & Open Source.
    Encrypted using TLS.
    GUI application available - Syncthing GTK.
    Decentralized.
    Works on Windows, Linux, Mac, Android.

    Cons: Initial config is bit complex and needs technical know how.

    Overall: Although it takes some time to setup , Syncthing is a great FOSS alternative to proprietary file and folder sync solutions.
