    Pros: I generally use it 3-4 times a month for group meeting reminders, sometimes more. The service is easy to navigate, easy to use, easy to update. I like the scheduling feature so I can set up messages the night before or even well in advance; that way I can be on vacation and still send those reminders!

    Cons: Having just a few more available spaces would be great as I need to be quite creative to get all the info in along with the Zoom code (even a shortened code). But so far I've made it work.

    Overall: Will recommend TXT180 to friends needing this type of service. Avoid those old-school phone trees, and emails that are ignored. Get messages into your group's hands (that's where their phone likely is!).

    Pros: Well priced and easy to use service. Support system is fantastic. I recommend it for start ups and small businesses on a budget.

    Cons: Cannot do much about emojis and limited text volume.

    Pros: The system is easy to use and keeps us in compliance with state and federal laws. Would recommend it to anyone.

    Cons: The pricing is a little high. There may be cheaper options out there.

    Overall: Overall it has been a positive using TXT180. We send out a weekly text and have great functionality to schedule them in advance.

    Pros: The website is easy to navigate and instructions are clear. If I have a question or a special need I have received great help on the phone. Text180 is a great tool for my small business as people may not read emails or my social media, but they'll always see my text!

    Cons: I preferred the 5 digit code to add numbers, but the 1-800 option is working fine.

    Overall: I have two keywords and use the messaging for two different groups. It is a time saver for me and I can be done with the message in a few minutes. I can also schedule messages. It's a great tool!

    Pros: I would highly recommend this texting service for your business. I love the scheduling feature and option to add images and links to the texts. Scheduling saves me a lot of time and I don't forget to send the texts when I am busy. I've used Text180 for 2 years now and love it!

    Cons: Nothing! I haven't had one negative experience in the past two years.

    Overall: Very easy to learn, I appreciated not having to watch hours of tutorials just to get started. Setting up the texts, html links and scheduling is very easy. Overall, very happy with this service.

    Pros: The pro's of TXT180 is that it allows for you to easily communicate with your customers directly in the palm of their hands. With email marketing not everyone opens up an email. But with a text your open rate is higher. Especially if you sale products and want to drive your customers to purchase from you this software is very helpful!

    Cons: No con's for me as of yet. If you like sleek, fast and user friendly TXT180 is going to be your BFF. Plus it's cheaper that the competition.

    Overall: Overall I love it and even recommend it to my clients who want to use text marketing. Once my clients start using it they love and see it as an added benefit to their business. I highly recommend.

    Pros: Our church moved to this product after using another. We really love the flexibility it gives us to engage with members as well as those who aren’t.     Pros: This system is easy to use and affordable. Any time I have had any complications or problems, I have been able to reach the customer service rep, Stephanie immediately and she has gone above and beyond to help me out.

    Cons: Honestly, the one time something went wrong, Stephanie was so helpful that I wouldn't even be able to list it as a con.

    Overall: I will continue to use this service as long as it is available. I rely on txt180 to help with emergency communication and notifications and I am been more than satisfied.

    Pros: Txt180 is easy to work with and has the best customer service on the planet. Stephanie goes out of her way to help us and make our lives easier. I wish every vendor was as friendly and useful as they are.

    Cons: Nobody is perfect. Especially with a tech company there are going to the occasional issues. They have always responded with lightning speed to any problem we have had.

    Overall: After working with them for many years, I highly recommend them and count them as a top-notch service provider.
