    "CAN'T GET RID OF VOXIST!! DOESN'T WORK ANYMORE"

    Pros: Great WHEN IT WORKED but that was years ago, before they had an app. All instructions how to get rid of it deal with an app. It did not involve an app when we started with it. NOTE, WHEN ASKED HOW OFTEN WE 'USE' IT, WE DON'T, BUT THIS REQUIRED AN ANSWER.

    Cons: HATE THE COMPANY--no way to contact them! It hasn't worked in almost 2 years and we can't get it OFF our voicemail system--and it overrides our phone service's voicemail system. We've searched and searched how to cancel but answers refer to an app. We had it BEFORE there was an app.

    Overall: So sorry we ever started it. It's a nightmare now since we have NO VOICEMAIL CAPABILITY. It hasn't worked for 2 years, sends email with notice of message left but it does NOT OPEN TO REPORT THE MESSAGE OR THE RECORDING! SO FRUSTRATING. WE JUST WANT IT OFF!!!

    "Product hangs while being set up"

    Pros: Nothing to provide, since I can't get the app to complete the set up process. I have experienced nothing in which I could give a positive review.

    Cons: I tried to install this app on my phone (Samsung S22) and it hangs midway through the set up process. I tried multiple times. Given that there is no option to connect with tech support, I am giving this a bad rating.

    Overall: Based on the issues I'm having getting this to install and function, terrible experience. If the developers read this review, hopefully they investigate and fix whatever is causing their app to hang. I would definitely give it a try again.
