"Only did the free trial and hated it"

Pros: This is only for the Recruiting CRM. There were not many pros. We did not wind up going with this platform for candidate management. We did get the rest of the entire workday package however.

Cons: The entire program looked a bunch of engineers created the backend and there was 0 front end development. Like, they were still working on it. It was really hard to find candidates that were already in the system and you have to learn a bunch of shortcuts in order to find what you are really looking for. If you typed "Sarah", it would come up with every single Sarah that ever applied and it would bring up anything a Sarah in your organization ever did inside the platform. Very convoluted

Overall: I would not recommend their Recruiting portion until they make it more user friendly. The rest of workday is GREAT. But they dropped the ball on this one.
