Pros: The Zoey platform has been extremely customizable to exactly what we needed. Our Zoey contacts listened and delivered what we needed. Affordable.
Cons: The integration process took a lot longer than I would have liked but we got it in the end and it's amazing.
Overall: Overall we've had a great experience and would recommend Zoey to anyone. The set back with the integration was worked through professionally and we are very happy with our website.

Pros: Service is outstanding and the interface looks just like our website! It's functional but not too cumbersome.
Cons: Nothing stands out. We're happy with everything so far.
Overall: Everything has been really swell. There are a few features we've asked for that I know are in development and will take some time.

Pros: We used Zoey in a nonprofit providing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to first responders in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. We love how customizable Zoey is in terms of checkout flow and order management. Most of the customizations we required could be done with no code, and we were able to do other customizations with minimal code.
Cons: We wish the developer documentation available (as it existed when we implemented Zoey) had more examples in Python. The provided examples were for PHP. We also wish the APIs were a bit more consistent: we ended up having to make calls to both the XML-RPC API and the REST API. While the backend is well organized, we wish it had a search function for the individual items and options in the backend.
Overall: We had a set of fairly unusual requirements, as do many B2B ecommerce projects, and Zoey was flexible and customizable enough to fit our needs within a short period of time.
