Pros: Efficient on-boarding, very knowledgeable and kind team, and incredible interactive technology. Each member of the on-boarding ream was very diligent. What I was really impressed with was how detail oriented and supportive everyone is with each live event. Not only ensuring a smooth experience, but ideating on new ideas and methods of improvement.

Cons: The experience has been extremely positive and without ay clear negative aspects.

Overall: It's not often you work with such clear, concise, and efficient partners who truly make the experience easy, enjoyable, and success. Throughout the entire process we felt very well taken care of and as if we had a built in support team rooting us on.

Overall: I added this app to my store and I could immediately start hosting live sessions on my website, and inviting our customers to participate in our sessions to shop our products live.
The cool thing is that you can pre-populate the products you’d want to present in your session, so once you start your livestream you can easily navigate between the products while physically showing them on the camera. This makes it easy for customers to shop during the session. There's also a cool replay that you can use to share after the event and see more sales happening.

The interface is very intuitive and easy to use, so it requires minimum effort to start.
