Hi Paul, I have figured out the reason. Bacause the system NTFS file encryption disabled by Administor but Keepass is still checking the encryption attribute. Hence, the file could not be neither write or read correctly. The only way is to export the file and open it manually. Undertand that maybe a security risk to have option to disable this attribute, but if possible to have this option still good for system like this. Thank you. Best Regards, Samuel Tai

The premission setting is correct and I have full control to the folder and files. I found that the reason maybe the encryption attribute is checked. I am not sure why the encryption goes to Administrator instead of my account.
