Kaldi is an open source toolkit for speech recognition research. It provides a powerful framework for building state-of-the-art automatic speech recognition (ASR) systems, with support for deep neural networks, Gaussian mixture models, hidden Markov models, and other advanced techniques. The toolkit is widely used in both academia and industry due to its flexibility, extensibility, and strong community support. Kaldi is designed for researchers who need a highly customizable environment to experiment with new algorithms, as well as for practitioners who want robust, production-ready ASR pipelines. It includes extensive tools for data preparation, feature extraction, acoustic and language modeling, decoding, and evaluation. Translates Text+Perl to Text. It can be used for any kind of text templating, e.g. code generation. No external modules are required, just a single file. Requires Perl 5.10.1+. PerlPP runs in two passes: it generates a Perl script from your input, and then it runs the generated script. If you see error at (eval ##) (for some number ##), it means there was an error in the generated script. The -D switch defines elements of %D. If you do not specify a value, the value true (a constant in the generated script) will be used. The following commands work mostly analogously to their C preprocessor counterparts. but $fn can be determined programmatically. Note that defines set with -D or -s do not take effect until after the script has been generated, which is after the macro code runs.

Fast Artificial Neural Network Library is a free open source neural network library, which implements multilayer artificial neural networks in C with support for both fully connected and sparsely connected networks. Cross-platform execution in both fixed and floating point are supported. It includes a framework for easy handling of training data sets. It is easy to use, versatile, well documented, and fast. Bindings to more than 15 programming languages are available. An easy to read introduction article and a reference manual accompanies the library with examples and recommendations on how to use the library. Several graphical user interfaces are also available for the library.

openEAR is the Munich Open-Source Emotion and Affect Recognition Toolkit developed at the Technische Universität München (TUM). It provides efficient (audio) feature extraction algorithms implemented in C++, classfiers, and pre-trained models on well-known emotion databases. It is now maintained and supported by audEERING.
