nibraCMS

nibraCMS is a template driven mulitilingual XHTML compliant CMS written in PHP, using PHP and JavaScript (AJAX) on the admin side. It may be used to maintain static websites offline. nibraCMS is intended to grant legacy support for Mambo modules.
