"Very useful tool" Posted 2021-06-03
Pros: We record all of our calls, and RingCentral Call Recording makes it easy to review, save, and share recordings for our business purposes.
Cons: Really there are no negative comments that I could give. RingCentral itself is a very user friendly tool both for our call center as well as the rest of our business operations.
Overall: Overall, we are very pleased with RingCentral. We switched to another product and came back within a very short time because the functionality just did not compare. Thank you RingCentral!
