Eventleaf

Pros: Eventleaf is an organized dream. It's so easy to create really dynamic registration for various attendee types. Most of the platform is "just enough" customization where you can set up a really clean design without being overwhelmed by features. The integrated electronic payments has made our work much easier, and we'll continue to explore the at-event features this fall! The dashboards and reports have already been amazing, but we'll continue to explore those as well.

Cons: I'd like to see the page design options made a little more robust, specifically the general information section (formatting is tricky) and being able to reorder the sections. I'd also love to see the ability to upload a logo within the registration, and the ability to back-end tag registrants. Finally, I'd LOVE to see confirmation emails be tailored to the registration types.

Overall: We're enjoying the platform and will continue to offer it as a recommended option to our customers!

Pros: The flexibility is amazing. When using it for our IT conferences, Eventleaf takes the painstaking process of gathering vendor and attendee information and makes it easy.

Cons: None thus far! While we haven't used Eventleaf to it's fullest extent we have had zero issues. The basic functions work great for what we need it for!

Overall: Between our two annual conferences our attendance varies, and Eventleaf is perfect for scaling up and down as needed.

Pros: Event management administration page is really simple with no unnecessary steps. Landing page is mobile friendly and nice looking. It also comes with a separate Calendar landing page where all the events are listed. Mobile app for IOS and Android. API integration available.

Cons: Landing page design has limited design options as it comes to the layout.

Overall: We were using MS Forms before and switching to Eventleaf saved us a lot of time because now we have all the data in one place.

Pros: One standout feature of Eventleaf's attendee management system is its efficient check-in process, crucial for minimizing long queues at registration points. It enables quick attendee lookup, immediate check-in, and the capability to print name tags directly using Zebra printers. The compatibility with Zebra printers is particularly valuable, given their prevalence in our existing resources. After evaluating multiple options, it became clear that few vendors offer this level of compatibility. Eventleaf supports this integration seamlessly and features a straightforward setup process. Our event team could easily connect to the printers without extensive training, streamlining the entire attendee management at our events.

Cons: I have no cons. Eventleaf is simple to implement and not overly complicated.

Overall: I began searching for an event management vendor on a Friday, discovering Eventleaf later that day. Their team was immediately helpful, arranging a meeting with Brandon Mathews by the following Monday. Brandon provided excellent support, granting us full system access for 50 attendees to test Eventleaf. The platform is user-friendly, intuitive enough that most senior technologists can navigate without additional support. Their thorough online documentation was invaluable for accessing more advanced features. Additionally, the system's compatibility with our Zebra printers proved crucial.

Pros: Setting up the registration page was an ease! Eventleaf literally thought of everything that's needed to have a successful event. From the professional look and feel of the event webpage, to including sponsor recognition options, as well as allowing participants to have an easy experience using their web application. Presenters and attendees could review the digital agenda, speaker bios, and share the social media hashtags. Eventleaf helped us launch a very successful and well managed event. Not to mention creating the name tags was an added bonus.

Cons: While Eventleaf offers sponsor recognition, it would be nice to be able to suggest the size of the sponor logo or if we wanted to only include the sponsor name. It would also be nice to have a separate sponsorship page where sponsors can pay for their sponsorship as well as review the sponsor package.

Overall: Eventleaf is by far the best event platform I've seen. The various payment options makes it affordable for organizations of all sizes.

Pros: We find Event Leaf very easy to use. We find it very easy to set up and offers us everything. We need to manage the event, including a webpage, registration, ticketing, and an app.

Cons: We haven't found anything that we dislike about Event Leaf so far!

Overall: Event Leaf offers good value for money. Set-up is easy and straightforward, and our delegates find the web page and the app easy to use.

Pros: Eventleaf made it easy for us to plan and organize our annual meeting for employees of our non-profit. Eventleaf's platform was very easy to navigate and required minimal training to prepare for. The event registration process is also simple and easy to navigate, ensuring that no registrants have issues.

Cons: Because the system is so simple and easy to use, there are times when more customization options might be appreciated. For example, it would be a nice feature to reorganize the sections on the main event page.

Overall: We will absolutely return to Eventleaf for future event management needs. The software is user-friendly, flexible, and scalable. We were able to launch the platform in a very short period of time and realized future time and energy savings managing attendee registration, etc.

Pros: The Eventleaf software has been user friendly. Setting up an event was fairly easy and it seems that the customer registration process is smooth.

Cons: There wasn't much that we disliked. The only thing that that I encountered was that there was an additional step required to use our Stripe account for payment processing.

Overall: So far Eventleaf has been a quality product. Easy to setup, easy to use and it was a good value for the amount of features.

Pros: Eventleaf was easy to use. Their platform is intuitive and makes event management easier for organizers of all skill levels. Their customer services and technical support are great. We had an issue with something and within minutes I was connected with someone to assist me with the hiccup and answer any other additional questions. The price was a significant driving factor in our decision. The rates are competitive.

Cons: There aren't many cons with Eventleaf. If we are being nitpicky, the lead capturing is a bit limited. You are able to leave a rating and some notes and that is the extent of it. The badge design is also limited, you are unable to design badges by registration type and are only able to have 1 badge design for the event.

Overall: Overall, my experience with Eventleaf has been overwhelmingly positive. This software checks the boxes on a lot of things that we needed and provides features we didn't know we could utilize. Our sales team found the transition to using Eventleaf's applications seamless which is important.

Pros: Ease of use.

Cons: Price.
Printing process for event badges is limited.

Overall: Very good experience. Would recommend the product to others. The product does have a price tag but it also appears to back up the price with many features available.

Pros: Easy to set up event page with registration within the hour.
Event app.
On demand badge printing.
Email communications.

Cons: Testing connection to IMIS, not sure how successful this will be.

Overall: Overall, I am very pleased with this product and how quickly I was able to set up my 3 events. After setting up the 1st event, I was able to duplicate the event and update dates very easily. Within the afternoon, I had all 3 events finished and ready to receive registrations.

Pros: Eventleaf provides various layers for building conference registration options. The site is user friendly and compiles a well-executed form for end users.

Cons: Because there are several layers, there is a good deal of second-guessing. I find myself quad-checking to confirm all areas contain accurate information. Therefore, the task is time consuming.

Overall: The registration process for end users is pretty easy and the end results and reports for our organization are very helpful. We would absolutely use the site again in the future.

Pros: The standout feature for me is the platform's flexibility. Whether we're hosting small workshops or large conferences, Eventleaf scales to fit our needs perfectly.

Cons: It's hard to find fault with such a well-rounded platform. If anything, expanding payment options for donations could be beneficial.

Overall: Amazing experience with this software it has made managing our conferences so much easier. It takes care of everything from the registrations to the scheduling and ticketing. Thanks Eventleaf for building such a great product.

Pros: User interface is intuitive and the built-in tools allow a user to build an event management site quickly.

Cons: The payment processing system could use some upgrades and your limited on html manipulations.

Overall: EventLeaf is affordable and easy to use. Great for creating an event management website quickly. I was able to stand it up and assign different roles in no time!

Pros: The platform is compatible with screenreading software as well as the automatic invoicing capabilities.

Cons: During the testing process, we found no major flaws in the system.

Overall: Throughout the design process, it was easy to navigate the set-up and implement exactly what we needed. Due to the nature of our organization, we need specific questions asked and it was easy to do so when attendees will select their options for the event.

Pros: We've used Eventleaf for several of our organization's events. Eventleaf makes it easy to maintain registration lists for our events.

Cons: I found that support is hard to access with the free version.

Overall: The platform is easy to navigate and use, and the registration forms are highly customizable to fit our needs for the different types of events. The ability to export the data makes it easy to organize details for logistics.

Pros: Favourite features are the easy to organise program, speaker, and sponsor details, ability to have different ticket packages, and survey functions.

Cons: Only thing I could think that they could add is better item descriptions on Stripe sales so that we can reconcile our finances accurately where they've purchased registration + dinner/activity - currently whole amount comes in just with description 'Eventleaf'.

Overall: Fantastic product that took care of pretty much all of our event admin and made the whole conference much more professional and streamlined. We were a new organisation with a team of two at the time, so this was really a lifesaver.

Pros: The Eventleaf team has been incredible and such an amazing resource. Also the pricing and ease of the application. I also love that they have a check in app which makes day of so much easier.

Cons: So far I haven't found any huge cons with Eventleaf. We have been working hand in hand with 2 members of their sales team Sandeep and Saurabh who have made the experience so easy. Anything that would have been a con they have helped or found a solution for.

Overall: We have been testing out Eventleaf for an upcoming large scale event and they have been our #1 option. A couple of things stand out above the rest.
1. Their team - the sales team have been incredibly helpful and informative. We have been on multiple calls to walk through the the platform and to answer any questions and it has never felt pushy or sales driven. The team truly wants us to have success on their platform and it shows.
2. Their pricing - out of all of our research Eventleaf has some of the most competitive pricing and checked off every box on our must have list
3. Their customizations - With the extensive help of their sales team we were able to make our event page exactly how we want it. If there was anything we couldn't figure out how to add the Eventleaf team were quick to assist and find solutions for us.

Pros: We used EventLeaf for a nationwide event for 300 of our customers. EventLeaf covered all of our needs:
- Simple tracking of registrations/invoicing
- Create a dynamic landing page with ample information
- Send communications, surveys, polls, and certificates
- An intuitive and interactive app
- Streamlined check in processes for the events and each session

Cons: I believe there were occasionally bugs, or use cases for things that would've been more efficient but that the platform either didn't support, or it didn't go along with the subscription we had. However, the support team was usually able to provide a workaround or other suggestions.

Overall: Whenever I had a question, concern, bug, or even just suggestion to make the platform better, they always got back to me same day, and often were able to resolve my problem within one phone call. Their customer service was amazing and ultimately the reason we decided to do our event again with them this year.

Pros: The customizable option for event pages was extremely helpful for keeping guests informed on the agenda, speakers, and other important information. Also, having the ability to import a registration list of known attendees was a huge benefit. We enjoyed the multiple check-in options. We have yet to use the payment options, but while configuring our events it was apparent that there were plenty of options for customizing payments and refunds upon registration.

Cons: The location for the option to import registration information and approve those guests could be made easier to find. Sometimes the iPad couldn’t keep up with the steady stream of guests attempting to check-in. This required us to reload the app often for arriving guests.

Overall: Overall, Eventleaf was helpful for our event management! The customizable option for event pages was extremely helpful for keeping guests informed on the agenda, speakers, and other important information. Also, having the ability to import a registration list of known attendees was a huge benefit, although the location for the option to import that information and approve those guests could be made easier to find.
