Pros: We have had great success using Eventleaf for our company’s registration needs. The site is user-friendly and the excellent technical support staff go above and beyond to answer any questions we have. Eventleaf has budget-friendly options to meet the needs of a variety of price points. The Plan-it Consulting team highly recommends using Eventleaf for your company’s next event.

Cons: We have encountered some small glitches occasionally, but the tech support team makes sure to handle our concerns quickly and efficiently. The Eventleaf app is not as user friendly as we would like.

Overall: Eventleaf allows our clients to register in one location. It saves all of the information and enables us to collect all of the data we need in order to ensure a successful event.

Pros: This product is very easy to use and configure, a very friendly interface that if you want to present a demo you can do it in 10 minutes.

In addition to offering you a mobile application for attendees and event administrators, for easy registration.

Cons: It is a very complete software and you do not need anything else, as I said before it is so simple that it can be used by someone who has no knowledge of software.

Overall: The control and administration of the events that we develop, you can customize the registration fields has no limitations and that helps a lot.

Pros: Payment management - you have the option to choose how people can pay and even offer an alternative payment method.

Attendees- It helped me keep track of how many people are actually attending the day of the event.

Cons: None to complain about. I liked everything about the site.

Overall: I absolutely love everything this website has to offer, very very helpful and i plan to use it going forward for other events.

Pros: Since we have yet to hold an event, this review will focus on the features we liked best during our interaction with the registration process and Eventleaf interface:
What stood out most was the customer support we received throughout the process. The team at Eventleaf was responsive to emails and was willing to schedule calls to answer any questions we had during the developing phases.
Eventleaf offers great value for the price. The platform is affordable while still providing essential features for our event.
Building the registration page and mobile event app was super straightforward. The interface was user-friendly, and the preview option reassured us that our final product would be effective.
We have been very pleasantly surprised with how customizable the software has been. We have been encouraged to collaborate with the customer service team to troubleshoot aspects of the website and app that we'd like adjusted to our specific needs.
Their integration with printers to allow for registration name tag printing was an impressive feature.
We love the detailed and personalized event confirmation email recipients receive after registration. This will make changing their registration and checking in at the event simple.
We love that registrants can assign or add someone else to help them manage their registration. We work with very high-level individuals who will find this function very handy.
Adding speakers was a super easy process!

Cons: One way we used registration was to gauge interest and ensure popular sessions were not running concurrently. Therefore, our agenda and session options could differ from the initial registration form. However, based on the interface, session registration options can only be changed by having the attendees alter the registration. The best-case scenario would have been to allow registration option times to be adjusted without having attendees modify the registration.
Another con for us was that we didn’t need the event website but rather chose to use our own for the event details. Unfortunately, the event title on the registration page required a link to the Eventleaf event webpage (which we didn’t utilize).
The final con was that it would have been helpful to have the registration sessions the attendee has picked inform a personalized agenda. Based on our experience, registration options indicate the sessions the attendee will attend, but the app's agenda shows all the agenda items (not filtered by registration). The workaround is having attendees favorite sessions they are interested in and filtering by 'favorites'; however, based on our experience, we could not see the data on favorited sessions.

Overall: This review reflects our interaction with the registration process and Eventleaf interface since we have yet to hold the conference. Based on our experience, we found working with the software easy and user-friendly. We have been very pleasantly surprised with how customizable the software has been. We have been encouraged to collaborate with the customer service team to troubleshoot aspects of the website and app that we’d like adjusted to our specific needs. The team is responsive via email and has been there to answer our questions. The interface allowed us to visualize how the registration and mobile would look easily. The registration process and data collection provide us with the information we need and are easily exportable. Our one suggestion would be integrating registration options (sessions) into the agenda on the mobile app. Based on our experience, we could not have attendees see an agenda that reflects their personal registration. Pros: We love that we can have a dedicated website to share links to our clients and staff. Being able to present all of our event details in one area is the reason we choose to utilize EventLeaf. Since we use this product for internal events, we can easily make changes to the event and update the site and just send out a notification to staff saying items have changed and they'll always have the new information on the website without scrolling/ scouring through old emails.

Cons: It would be nice if we could change the names of some of the Dialog boxes so we can utilize pages for something different than it was originally intended for.
ie. the hotels/ accommodations page is rarely used, so we'd love to be able to use it for something else and we are never able to change the "Choose Room" button. So it looks out of place.

Overall: Overall it's better than email blasts or MS Outlook event updates so it's great to utilize for information blasts to everyone. It is definitely annoying to use at times as the text editor defaults to different fonts as you're typing, so always having to go back and change each line separately can be a challenge.

Pros: With Eventleaf, we've never had to rely on a video library of how-to tutorials. We've had ready access to a consistent account rep who helps us set up events on the EL platform and troubleshoot issues if/when they arise. During our (in-person) conferences, we can get tech support on the phone quickly. As an event organizer, I find this aspect of Eventleaf outstanding.

Cons: Eventleaf doesn't have all the reports we'd like to pull regarding registration and attendance, and I wish the participant surveys could be exported to an Excel spreadsheet.

Overall: Overall I would recommend Eventleaf, especially for small nonprofits like us. They offer an affordable alternative to some of the bigger companies, the interface is generally user-friendly and has a professional look, and the customer service really sets them apart.

Pros: I made the decision to switch to Eventleaf just 2 weeks before the conference. We had been using a competitor's product for the previous 3 months and needed a system with more flexibility and a focus on a smooth on-site check-in process. I imported our online registrations into Eventleaf and we used their amazing mobile check-in app to provide a registration experience that was a pleasant experience for our attendees and our conference staff! For this reason, alone Eventleaf saved our conference!

Cons: If I had one complaint about Eventleaf, it would be regarding the lack of documentation. Although there are a few good videos we used for end-user training on specific features (e.g. the QR code badge scanner app), the software needs a comprehensive training manual for the event planner.

I would also love it if the Sponsor management system worked like the exhibitor/speaker management system that is now in place. Ideally, it would be wonderful to have an end-to-end experience where the customer goes from purchase to profile upload and their information automatically appears on the exhibitor/sponsor page when the planner approves the purchase.

Overall: Eventleaf offers the best experience for a conference planner to quickly and easily hit the ground running. The web-mobile experience integration is amazing, and the system is packed with so many "gee whiz" innovations that make the software easy to use (and even fun)!

Pros: All in one event and registration management software and app that is easy to use for admin and attendees.

Cons: Could not utilize payment features fully since payment processor did not accept business in Belize currency.

Overall: It's a well rounded software that we are eager to utilize with future conferences. it has all the features we need in terms of registering for an event and tracking reports, as well as advertising the event and checking in attendees.

Pros: This product has a lot of features, covering pretty much every aspect of event preparation and registration.
The testing features on the product are very useful and handy.

Cons: Sometimes the categorization of features might be a bit confusing and had to guess where the feature might be.
Maybe a bit more pre-made design and color options would be nice.
The descriptions sometimes are not completely clear.

Overall: An overall pretty solid product. It did not leave much to be desired and great help was given to us when we needed it. Keep it up!

Pros: Received detailed demo, easy to get follow up questions answered by email, and was able to test the product before committing. Great customer service. We were looking for a product that allowed attendees to select multiple registration options while only entering their information once, connected to name badge printing software, and had lead retrieval integration. Eventleaf had all 3, and even has their own payment gateway with payouts monthly to our bank account. You can also include registration types/options on name badge with customized “badge friendly” names. Lastly, you can create a basic registration page or build out with more detail through suggested tabs. As we just signed up, we haven’t been able to test out the reporting, name badge printing, or lead retrieval in action, but so far they seem to be great and meet all of our needs.

Cons: It took some time to set up the registration platform from scratch, but we were able to build out the registration options exactly as we needed and our Eventleaf contact was able to help us with any questions. Common registration fields need to be built from scratch, whereas other registration platforms have questions already built out. For example, you have to upload file of all states and countries when building the address fields to allow them to be a drop down. However, seems like we can copy/paste these fields for future registrations once created. As for the website, there is basic functionality and customization options when creating your registration webpage but it still worked for our needs.

Overall: We were looking for an affordable system that could do detailed registration with their own payment processor, name badge printing, and lead retrieval. After looking at many companies, Eventleaf was the only one to check all of the boxes. We are excited to start using their product for our conference in a few months.

Pros: This is the first time we've used an event management software for our annual conference. In the past we pieced together registration, tickets and and trade show booths/tables using multiple software platforms. It was manual to say the least. Eventleaf has made our lives so much easier! The ability to have all registration steps in one place for all attendees is well worth the price. A bonus of this tool is the communications, reports and customization. We also were able to communicate easily with the support staff if we had questions or needed clarifications. I definitely recommend Eventleaf for any event - it makes life easier!

Cons: The only con that comes to mind is the support/help page on the Eventleaf website could be more user friendly. There is somewhat of a learning curve. Otherwise the support is super responsive and helpful.

Overall: This is an extremely powerful tool and we're thrilled to have found something that will work from the beginning to the end of our conference.

Pros: Ease of use and customer service. The product is very user friendly and the customer service is always prompt and a real person.

Cons: The w-9 requirements that don't allow for upload of many companies for event planners.

Overall: I like it and recommend it to all clients. I've used others before but Eventleaf has the best customer service.

Pros: Eventleaf is very easy to use, the interface is simple and self explanatory. There are many options to upload all different photos, questions and event information for our potential attendees.

Cons: It can be a little tricky to add more recipients to our guest list once the invitation is sent. For our event, we often have to add more recipients to the list after the initial invitation goes out and it requires us to clone the invitation and takes a little more time than we'd like.

Overall: Eventleaf is a great solution for us. It's extremely organized and easy to use. You can make the product as simple or as tech savvy as you'd like depending on your level of experience. We have been using this for a few years now and we've never had any issues!

Pros: Is easy to use. I'm not an expert in programming but definitely with Eventleaf I can build my events with no problems.

Cons: I will try to add another payment processors to have more options.

Overall: Eventleaf help our organization to have a clean process of registrations. I never had problems creating an event.

Cons: So far, I have had a great experience using this. Over the past few months, it has consistently met my needs, and I haven't encountered any issues or limitations in terms of its functionality. I am satisfied with its performance and it has been a valuable tool for me.

Overall: Eventleaf offers a comprehensive and efficient experience. Our attendees love the organization, convenience, and ease of use. Our admin team loves how they can easily pull reports and track metrics without issues. Overall, I must say that this is one of the best event management software out there.

Pros: Registration is easy to setup, customize, and manage. Affordable even at the higher levels with more features. Customer service is unmatched--they are quick with solutions to questions and responsive to improvement suggestions.

Cons: We are currently working with their team to make their reporting more robust. Currently, the reporting function is adequate, but we have ideas for improving it that the Eventleaf team is responsive to.

Overall: After being unhappy with RegOnline/Cvent, we tried Eventleaf—and haven’t looked back! We’ve used it for both in-person and virtual conferences and swear by it. It’s easy to use, and the few times we’ve had questions the customer service people have been very helpful with answers, fixes, and even taking our suggestions for functionality. The professional event page is a huge asset for our event, as is the easy-to-use app (which we’ve also used to host a virtual conference for over 400 people). Registration is both easy to make and customizable to even the quirkiest of registration setups. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a powerful yet easy-to-use registration tool.

Pros: This app meets our needs and surpasses our conference management expectations. It is easy to navigate and very user-friendly. Most importantly, it removes us from printing conference booklets and agendas.

Cons: Only been using this app for less than a week to prepare for our upcoming conference. It is early to tell what the cons are, but so far, I'm very satisfied.

Overall: Overall, this is a fantastic app. As I said earlier, it meets our needs and exceeds our expectations.

Pros: The ability to use as much or as little of the features as you want/need. We put on 2 annual conferences a year for IT organizations in our state and Eventleaf provides everything we need to gather both vendor information and member/attendee information.

Cons: There are no cons that we've encountered with Eventleaf. We don't utilize all the extra bells & whistles, so we haven't fully tested all the features. But the basics all work for what we need them for.

Overall: We host 2 annual conferences and generally have 50-80 total attendees per conference. This is perfectly scalable for our needs and organization.

Pros: The thing I liked the most is the ability to integrate your own payment processor. I enjoyed the fact that you get a full free-trial demo so you can play around with the system as much or as little as you want. I really liked the fact that the registration page had so many options for promo-code control, etc.

Cons: The poor controls for logo uploads. I was disappointed with the final event page link that I was provided with. I wasn't impressed with the cookie-cutter basic web design controls, limited color schemes, and a very blocky feel. Also didn't like that the system does not have an auto-export feature for names, dates, events, phone numbers etc.

Overall: I found the web management and design features suitable, but with some things to be desired. I would like a better logo upload tool, to make my company logo more presentable at the top of the page. I also had trouble with the "custom link" feature, or maybe just didn't get the point: I expected it to give me a nice, short link with my company name, instead I got a link that I had to shorten in Bitly. However, it's very suitable for event homepages and event landing pages, and can easily be repeated and recreated.

Pros: Need a cost-effective registration tool that is easy for you to create and easy for attendees to navigate. The greatest points are that you can do some event logic, ability to hide some fields, and have excellent reporting and customizable emails.

Cons: Hoping that Eventleaf creators allow for the ability to use HTML formatted emails.

Overall: I needed a registration site that was easy, customizable, and affordable. Eventleaf checks all those boxes.
