Eventleaf

Pros: We really appreciated the options to customize the forms to what we needed. Many other apps have a set form which doesn't apply to everyones needs.

Cons: At first it was a bit challenging to manipulate, but once we dug a bit deeper we opened up a whole new world of options!

Overall: We are very happy with what we see so far! We have used Eventleaf's flexibility and multiple session ticketing option to create a stress-free registration process for our participants!

Pros: Helpfulness of support staff. Live demo option. Ease of use by user and event attendees. Custom pricing availability.

Cons: To date I have not found anything that I considered a "con."

Overall: My experience was very good. From the very beginning I found the people I connected with at EventLeaf to be very helpful and respectful. The presenters of the live demo answered what may have seemed like dumb questions from me (as I had never used a product/service such as theirs before) with patience and useful information. I found EventLeaf to be fairly intuitive and easy to use.

Pros: When we initially had questions regarding the set up process, the response time from Eventleaf's support team was incredibly fast and they were easily accessible.

Cons: My only request going forward would be that the font on the printable name tags be enlarged.

Overall: Overall, this product has improved our event planning tremendously by making the guest registration simple and easily trackable. We will use Eventleaf in the future for other events.

Pros: - Easy to set up the registration process and build a website.
- Send custom emails.
- Use mobile apps for different purposes.
- Built in reports for different data points.
- Lots of options to integrate with other tools.

Cons: We are using an e platform for the first time. Can't think of any cons.

Overall: It made my work so much simpler. We were using excel for event data management and once we switched to Eventleaf, we started using it for every small and large event that we host. Super simple and affordable.
