Pros: Makes my job so much easier. It's a lot of work up front, but then everything is much more efficient. The team has been so supportive, kind, and helpful. Shoutout to Sage for getting stuff done so quickly!

Cons: I wish the language within the platform could be a bit more tailored to trainers who work exclusively online

Overall: Very happy/excited to use this platform for my coaching. It'll make my life a lot easier and also make a more pleasurable/easy/optimized experience for my athletes.

Cons: The software is extremely robust and offers many features. It is a journey in itself to learn all that exercise.com has to offer. This is a good thing and have patience and diligence in your journey.

Overall: The team at Exercise.com are so helpful and answer all question in a timely manner (even if they don't know the answer, I know they are right on it asking figuring out the answer). They are so friendly and take all suggestions for improvement to heart and act on them for the ease of the customer. They put together a great product that is easy to use and navigate for everyone. Lots of fun and helpful features that makes running our business easier!

Overall: As I said to the Exercise.com sales person, David, "Man, you guys certainly move fast!". My app creation is still going through the process, but from the minute I signed up members of their Success Team (Sage & Jackie) were already in my email and on the phone to get me through the onboarding and app/portal creation.

Sage has been my primary contact and she is very efficient. She replies quickly and her emails are very detailed. She lets me know exactly what stage I am at and what to do and expect next. I honestly did not expect to get setup this quickly.

I tried one other product but I did not like their e-commerce integration. Clients were re-directed to that product's site at sign up. With Exercise.com it's a seamless. I am getting exactly what I want and with my own branding.

Pros: Jackie has been phenomenal over the last couple of years. I am not tech-savvy, and she has spent her time helping me learn all the systems with Exercise.com. However, she is patient and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure the client is confident as a user.

Cons: There are glitches every so often; however, the team is on top of things and works with you to make sure everything gets fixed and runs smooth.

Overall: It is an operating system, and I look forward to working with the Exercise Team for many years to come.

Pros: Makes it easy for clients to access programming and progress in their own personal fitness journey. It also allowed me to create an easy up-sale for all clients, providing our business with an evergreen style passive revenue stream.

Cons: Minor glitches, but get fixed easily by their customer service team.

Pros: Abbie is the best ! She did a tremendous job of getting me set up, onboarding me and helping me launch. She’s followed through with all of her promises. I am grateful to have such an amazing rep teach me this multifaceted software.

Cons: Nothing, she was there every step of the way. I guess the only thing is losing access to her after the launch.

Cons: Workout plan creator which is being upgraded as I write this.

Pros: I knew I was buying a useful and robust app to streamline my business- but I had no idea that SUCCESS TEAM would be the biggest asset to my business migration. Jackie, has been such an ally in helping me make the most out of this experience. The platform offers SO MUCH it can be very overwhelming. Fortunately, Jackie has been able to help me build my working knowledge of the app through our calls so I can confidently command the full potential of the portal, app, and my business. Thank you!

The most empowering experience thus far is the onboarding and ongoing support from Alyssa and her team in making sure every aspect of my business is reflected on the platform, from scheduling, integrations, subscriptions, coaching plans, onboarding other coaches and groups. Her knowledge of the software allows me to pose unique cases that I need to solve with the software and get immediate support on how to ensure I can execute what I need to grow my business.
