Exercise.com

Pros: Client interface is great. We also love the customization and integrations that are already in place, like kisi for keyless gym entry. We are also able to switch from two different systems down to just one which is great for our clients.

Cons: We have to build in all the automations, but I'd gladly do that in exchange for the flexibility to customize.

Overall: Great so far. The team we are working with, Sage and Jackie are fantastic. Very clear and open communication. Quick turnaround times on stuff. Sage has done a great job setting expectations and sharing information. So far, I'd recommend!

Pros: The software with Exercise.com is easy to use and learn. The software takes care of everything I need. My experience has been great, the Exercise.com team has done a great job responding to my requests and helping to cater features to my request.

Cons: I have experienced no drawbacks at this time. Exercise.com has been very accommodating to all my needs.

Overall: Overall great experience using Exercise.com. The team has been very helpful and has allowed me to curate a design specific for my business.

Pros: Proactive with times. Very quick response times and answers to questions. Platform is easy to use.

Cons: Better "trainer support" section on web portal. Hard to find basic answers to questions such as locating trainer commissions for certain dates etc.

Overall: Very good customer support and intuitive platform. App is great and software is great as well. Awesome live support

Cons: So far good to go... I don't have any complaints or cons.

Pros: Versatile and easy-to-use software.  Makes it easy to manage operations as well as program effectively and accept payment from my personal training clients.

In addition to these features, the team is always responsive and incredibly helpful.  Everything from customizing our platform to assisting with images to use for our social posts has been addressed in a very positive way.  I've worked very closely with Alyssa Mills, and she has gone above and beyond for my requests on multiple occasions.

Cons: To this point, I have not had any negative experiences with Exercise.com.  They have been an absolute pleasure to work with!

Overall: With a rather unique business model, the Exercise.com platform has allowed us to check all of the boxes that we need to make our business model effective and profitable.  We are able to generate our revenue by renting private training studios out to other professional trainers, bill them directly through the platform, and extend to them the benefits of using the platform as a trainer (programming, assessments, payment processing, etc).  I realize that we needed a rather comprehensive software to allow us to do this and Exercise.com was it!  To make it even better, they put in plenty of work to modify whatever pieces needed to be adjusted specifically for us.

Pros: I've worked with the team for about 6 years, and they're constantly evolving and improving the product, and providing near immediate customer service to everything I'm asking of them.

Cons: There's no real downside to the program, it's been incredibly beneficial.

Overall: From onboarding, to business expansion, to use with both in-person and online coaching formats, Exercise.com has evolved to help me best suit any of my clients in the best ways possible.

Pros: Allows you to execute anything you need to do I. Order to run a full service fitness business on and offline!

Amazing success team, Alyssa is an absolute rockstar abs made my experience smooth a d easy. I had high demands and a short timeframe to deliver and she did that and then some. Can not say enough great things about her and the team!

Cons: I don’t like that I didn’t start using them Earlier.

Overall: Awesome experience and super happy with what was delivered. I now have a custom app that allows me to reach clients all over the globe and add an additional revenue stream that doesn’t require to be at a specific place or time! Alyssa and the success team made this a great experience and I highly recommend.

Pros: My favorite part of the system is how easy it is to integrate my exercise videos from youtube and create program that is easy to follow for my clients. I'm able to give them assignments and they can focus on performing the exercises properly with the visual aid for the exercises for the day.

Cons: There's nothing to dislike. Customer service responds fast, I'm able to make edits and give my feedback to the company. They are great to work with.

Overall: 10/10
The companies customer service is exceptional, they respond to the feedback I give to their design and my life for my clients and I are easier.

Pros: The team at Exercise.com was excellent to work with during the set up of our software. They did a phenomenal good guiding us through the process. Would highly recommend them!

Pros: – Easy to set up a fitness program.
– Easy to integrate with other apps, including Zapier.
– Easy to automate workflow to get customers set up from their purchases to getting the programs assigned to them.

Cons: We are unable to find anything we dislike about this app because it is simple to use.

Overall: We love how easy it is to set up an exercise program, the integrations we're able to use to improve our existing workflow, and automate most of the work that allows us to focus on serving our customers the best we can daily. Our favorite part about this platform can save exercises, video demonstrations, and exercise descriptions that we can re-use later—no more for us having to build fitness programs from the ground up.

Pros: Exercise.com has been a critical to the success of our online sports performance training business. It's user friendly for both the customer and the administrator which allows for easy integration.

Cons: Just the initial integration and learning process as it's a lot of information but that's no different for any new platform.

Overall: Love the help and support from Abbie and her teammates at exercise.com. There are so many options available so they do a great job breaking everything down.

Pros: Abbie was great. She was very knowledgeable and kept me informed on all pending issues. I would recommend Exercise.com

Cons: It seems a little glitchy at times because our Supersets were not cycling thru correctly and it was not allowing us to mark "each side" consistently. Those issues have been fixed.

Overall: The developers and Abbie worked hard to make sure we were happy with everything before we launched.

Pros: Alyssa has been very accommodating during the onboarding process. I am not at all technically inclined, but she has patiently walked me through the steps, eliminating any anxiety I previously felt about moving my gym into an on-line platform.

Cons: I wish we could do the on-boarding face-to-face, but due to various reason (notably Covid-19) that is not possible. It would be a dream to have Alyssa here with me for this process. That said, she is doing an amazing job over Zoom.

Overall: The experience has been smooth so far. Alyssa is always there if I have questions. I am excited about providing our members with easy-to-use software that will provide them with more options on how to purchase and use our many services.

Pros: Switched from Mindbody - spent hours of time trying to tie together different software solutions to manage online and in-person clients. This is a great all in one solution.

Cons: It takes time to setup - but it is worth it. Take your time and create a plan.

Overall: Great product - shopped around with a lot of providers and this had the most features I needed at the lowest price point. Win-win.

Pros: Individualized needs met due to ability to adjust the software coding to meet specific functionalities that we need for our business.

Cons: There have been some software glitch issues wince they are changing the code with our needs but they are quite responsive to those issues.

Overall: This team has been awesome to work with since our teams partnered together. They have been very responsive to our needs and help us operate our business at a higher level.

Pros: Love what the app can do, all the options it gives me, and love how responsive and helpful the team is!

Cons: I ran into a few minor problems with the app with getting my clients scheduled, but nothing too bad! All problems have been resolved.

Overall: The team here at exercise.com - especially Alyssa - has been incredible! There's bound to be hiccups and such as you go through any transition to a new software, and I knew this going into it. Any issues we have had Alyssa has been super quick to respond to my concerns and look into it immediately. I've also had about 100 questions every day for her and she graciously answers each and every one! So thankful I found exercise.com - my business will absolutely be better for it!

They were always kind and easy to work with. They are fantastic and couldn't recommend them more to someone looking to expand online services to their clients.
